Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order and every account on this site. You confirm that you have read and accept them when you place an order at checkout, and when you create an account. We keep a record of that acceptance with the order. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live and be authorised to use the payment method you pay with.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order number. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if a part is unavailable, mispriced, or if we cannot confirm it fits your car.

Most of what we sell is chassis-specific. Fitment notes on each product are our best guidance, but you are responsible for confirming a part suits your exact model, year and trim. If you are unsure, send us your chassis code before ordering and we will check.

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through Stripe. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Our shipping policy forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier accepts the parcel.

All sales are final. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds; damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled case by case as set out in our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Performance parts change how a vehicle behaves. Some are sold for off-road or closed-course use only and are marked as such. You are solely responsible for confirming that a part is legal for road use where you live, for having it installed by a qualified professional, and for any consequence of fitting or using it. Modifying a vehicle may void its manufacturer warranty; that is between you and the manufacturer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCX Supplies accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, or cost arising from the purchase, shipping, installation, use, misuse or failure of any part we sell. That includes, without limitation: damage to your vehicle, engine, drivetrain or electronics; damage to other property; personal injury; loss of use, loss of income, towing, diagnostic, labour or repair costs; fines or penalties for non-compliant parts; carrier delays or losses in transit; and any indirect, incidental or consequential loss of any kind.

All parts are supplied as described on the product page and otherwise “as is”. We give no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, performance gain, or compatibility beyond the fitment notes shown. If liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the part in question, and your sole remedy is a refund or replacement at our option.

By placing an order you accept these terms and assume all risk associated with the parts you buy. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
